The Woulf Pack

The Woulf Pack

Pup, You wanted a Monster, and now, I’ve arrived. If you’ve landed here because somebody sent you one of my articles, you saw a masked bloke on Instagram, heard me talking about sex work somewhere, found me through MSWI, stumbled across something filthy on X, or simply thought: Who the fuck is Woulf Ryder?

This is your starting point. Welcome to the Woulf Pack. I’m Woulf Ryder . Writer. Creator. Sex worker. Masked pup. Gym bro. Bogan. Husband. Kinkster. Professional oversharer. And increasingly, someone whose job is talking publicly about the shit most people only discuss privately.

Sex. Kink. Consent. Queer life. Masculinity. Shame. Trauma. Sex work. Bodies. Relationships. Mental health. Bad decisions. Good sex. And all the weird, funny, uncomfortable shit sitting somewhere in between. But Woulf didn’t begin as a business. He started because I needed somewhere to finally stop hiding.

Before Woulf, there was Wolfie Wolfie was an earlier version of me. He built a business. Owned the house. Drove the cars. Worked hard. Tried to be successful. Tried to be liked. Tried to fit. And underneath all of that, there were still parts of me being filtered depending on who was in the room.

Then my life blew apart. My business went into liquidation. I lost the house. I lost money. Relationships changed. The identity I had spent years building disappeared with it. And somewhere in the mess of rebuilding myself, therapy, EMDR, the gym, sex, kink, writing, the mask and a lot of uncomfortable self-examination… Woulf showed up.

Not as some completely different person. As the version of me who stopped asking permission. That distinction matters. Wolfie was me trying to belong. Woulf is me knowing I already do. And this publication is what happens when that version of me gets a keyboard. So what exactly is Woulf Ryder?

Woulf Ryder is my personal world. This is where lived experience comes first. I’ll tell you what actually happened. The funny version. The filthy version. The embarrassing version. The version where I fucked up. The version where I learned something. And sometimes the version where I still don’t know what the fuck I think about it yet.

Because I’m not interested in pretending I’ve mastered life and then selling you ten steps to enlightenment. I’d rather show you the mess while I’m figuring it out. Underneath all of it are four things. Lived experience If I’ve lived it, I’ll tell you what actually happened.

Not the polished version. The real one. Raw education Sex, kink, queer life, consent, sexual health, relationships and bodies are full of things nobody properly fucking teaches us. So when my life creates a useful lesson? Research underneath. Woulf language on top. Harm reduction without judgement People are going to fuck, party, explore, make porn, meet strangers and take risks.

Judgement afterwards doesn’t make anybody safer. Better information beforehand might. Breaking shame Shame works brilliantly when everybody thinks they’re the only one. So I talk. Sometimes very fucking loudly. There are actually two Woulfs This bit confuses people initially, so here’s the simple version.

Woulf Ryder That’s me here. Personal. Unfiltered. Sexual. Story-driven. My life, experiences, opinions, mistakes, transformation and whatever strange rabbit hole I’ve fallen down this week. Woulf I also write as Woulf — Resident Writer & Content Contributor for Male Sex Worker Information (MSWI).

Same lived experience. Different job. At MSWI, the purpose is education, information and harm reduction—particularly around male sex work, sexual health, consent, safety and subjects men often struggle to find useful information about. Think of it like this: Woulf Ryder tells you what happened.

Woulf helps turn what happened into something useful. Both matter. 1. Welcome to the Forest If you subscribe for free, you enter The Forest . That makes you one of my pups. The Forest is where the main Woulf Ryder publication lives. Every week, I write about something from my actual life and use it to pull apart a bigger conversation.

Sometimes that conversation is funny. Sometimes sexual. Sometimes confronting. Sometimes genuinely serious. Usually it’s a mixture of all four. The important part is that the education stays accessible. Because useful information shouldn’t disappear behind a paywall just because the story that led me there involved someone’s dick.

2. Then there’s The Den Some stories have another chapter. Usually the chapter I probably shouldn’t leave sitting completely unrestricted on the internet. That’s The Den . Paid Pups get the deeper ending. More intimate stories. More explicit detail. More behind-the-scenes context.

Sometimes photos. Sometimes the part of the story where Woulf stops being the educator and goes straight back to being the filthy little bastard who created the problem in the first place. The public article gives you the conversation. The Den tells you what actually fucking happened.

3. And then there’s The Vault The Vault is different again. It’s for the pups who want to stand closest to what I’m building. The Den goes deeper into the story. The Vault goes deeper into Woulf. This is where things can be current. What I’m doing.

What I’m thinking about. What I’m experimenting with. Where I’m going. What I’m building. What happened this week. Behind-the-scenes photos. Projects before everybody else hears about them. The mess before it becomes an article. If the Forest is the publication and the Den is the explicit ending… The Vault is backstage.

Choose your door Enter the Forest for free and become one of the pups. Enter the Den as a Paid Pup for the deeper, more explicit endings. Or step into The Vault if you want backstage access to Woulf as it’s actually happening. So where should you start reading? Depends what brought you here.

If you want to understand who Woulf is Start with: From Sofas, to Sex 😈 That’s the story of losing the business I spent a decade building and deciding I would rather build myself next. Then read: Fag That gets closer to the shame, identity and language underneath all of this.

Then: The Fool That’s where instinct started replacing the old script. If you came here for sex, kink and the stories nobody normally admits to Try: Kinky Watersports — Part 2 Partyboy — Part 1 The Jville Sex House You’ll work things out pretty quickly.

If you want the education-with-a-Woulf-twist stuff Start with: STIs Then: Sex Worker Then: Douching 101 That last one contains genuine harm-reduction information alongside me admitting I once essentially waterblasted my own arse. Which is probably the clearest possible explanation of this publication.

Want to work with Woulf? Woulf isn’t only a Substack anymore. I’m building this into a broader creator business around writing, media, education, collaborations, events and sex-positive conversations. So if you’re here because you want Woulf involved in something: Podcast.

Radio. Media. Event. Campaign. Sex-positive project. Kink event. LGBTQIA+ campaign. Sexual-health initiative. Brand collaboration. Or some strange idea that requires a masked New Zealand bloke who is extremely comfortable talking about uncomfortable shit… You can Book the Woulf .

woulfryder@gmail.com Why “the Woulf Pack”? That name existed before this publication did. Years ago, I belonged to something we called the Wolf Pack. At the time, that name meant belonging. Then that chapter ended. And for a while, losing the Pack felt like losing the place where I belonged too.

Eventually I realised something. The Pack didn’t have to stay attached to something that ended. I could build another one. Except this time I wouldn’t be trying to earn my place inside it. I’d create it. That’s what this is. Not a fan club. Not some weird internet hierarchy.

A growing group of people who recognise something in these stories. Maybe you’re queer. Maybe you’re kinky. Maybe you’re straight. Maybe you’re figuring shit out. Maybe you spent half your life making yourself smaller. Maybe you’ve rebuilt after losing something.

Maybe you’re just nosy and enjoy reading about my chaotic sex life. All valid. You don’t need to wear a mask. You don’t need to be a pup player. You don’t need to live like me. You definitely don’t need to agree with everything I say. You just need to be interested in what happens when somebody stops performing the version of themselves they built for everybody else.

That’s the real Woulf Pack. So, pup… If you’re new here: Enter the Forest. Read something. Laugh. Cringe. Learn something. Get uncomfortable. Send an article to a mate who needs it. And if you decide you want to come a little closer? The Den door is there.

The Vault is behind it. Welcome to the Pack. I’m Woulf Ryder. And we’re only just getting started. Arwoooooooo 🐺
